Record is the clean multi-camera recording package—perfect if you already have an editor (or want raw files fast). You get a polished audio track synced to your angles and delivered neatly for easy handoff.
Produce adds production polish so you can publish confidently: we handle the director’s cut (live switching + lower thirds), a podcast-ready audio mix, and a transcript for show notes/SEO.
Promote is your flagship package for marketing moments: we handle episode syndication to YouTube and Spotify plus provide 3 vertical social clips with burned-in captions—built for launches, campaigns, and signature interviews.
Most shows are best with 2–4 people on set, but it depends on your format and the vibe you want. If you’re planning a larger panel, we can absolutely accommodate—just tell us what you’re envisioning during booking so we can prep the room and mic setup.
If you’re not sure, we’ll help you choose the best arrangement during confirmation.
Yes. Remote guests are supported—just share their name/email (and time zone if relevant) ahead of time so we can send simple instructions and run a quick connection check.
For best results, remote guests should use:
a laptop/desktop (not just a phone)
headphones + a decent mic if possible
a quiet room + strong internet
We’ll guide them so your recording still feels smooth and professional.
Revisions are for fine-tuning what we delivered—things like pacing tweaks, trimming sections, tightening transitions, light audio adjustments, and updating titles/lower thirds/captions (where included).
A revision round is most effective when feedback is left as timecoded comments in Frame.io so we can move fast and stay aligned.
If you need larger changes (re-edit direction, major restructuring, new assets, or extra deliverables), we can do that too—those are handled as additional time.
Easy: open your Frame.io review link, hit play, and leave a comment at the exact moment you want a clip.
When you comment, include:
Start/stop guidance (or “make this ~30–60 seconds”)
What you want highlighted (quote, topic, punchline, CTA)
Any caption notes (names, spelling, hashtags, etc.)
We’ll use those timecoded notes to pull clips quickly—no confusing email threads.
No stress—if a session runs long, you can simply add time. We’ll confirm before going over so there are no surprises.
Overtime is billed in 30-minute blocks, and we’ll help you prioritize what to capture first so you still leave with what matters most.
Your delivery link stays active for a limited time (your page notes 30 days), so we recommend downloading finals (and any raw files you want) soon after delivery.
If you need more time, just ask—we can extend access or re-enable delivery if needed.
Usually, no—at least not safely. Copyrighted music can trigger takedowns or monetization issues on YouTube, Instagram, and podcast platforms.
The safest options are:
royalty-free/licensed music
original music you own
a properly licensed track (we can point you toward sources)
If you already have a track in mind, send it—Tom can advise the safest path.
Just enough to set you up for a smooth session—nothing overwhelming. Ideally, we’ll collect:
show/podcast name + episode title (or working title)
guest names + pronunciations
your goal for the episode (inform, sell, recruit, launch, etc.)
any brand notes (logo, colors, lower-third text, links/CTAs)
If you don’t have it all, that’s okay—we’ll help you fill gaps during confirmation.
Bring yourself, your guests, and your story—we’ll handle the technical side. If you have them, bring:
water/tea (optional, but helpful for voice)
any props/products you want on camera
brand assets (logo + website/links), if you want them included
a short list of key points you don’t want to forget
If you’re coming in without prep, you’ll still be fine—we’ll guide the flow.
Easy parking, comfortable set, and a vibe your guests will actually enjoy.
Multi-camera looks, clean audio, and live switching options for a polished final.
We’ll keep you on track, handle the tech, and make sure you leave proud of what you recorded.
Ready when you are. Book a time that works, or talk with Tom if you want help choosing the right option.
Choose a time that works. You’ll get a confirmation email with everything you need (location, parking, and a simple prep checklist).
